This triggers
exception NameError: name 'base_contains' is not defined
without this change
Avoid the immediate expansion operator (:=) which caused base_contains
added in the previous commit to fail to expand at the time the
meta-intel layer configs are parsed and replace it with one of the
append operators (.= or +=) that allows for delayed variable expansion.

Use the recipe-space mechanism for adding emgd as a KERNEL_FEATURE.
Update to the 1.16 version and update all the SRCREV's accordingly.
Include the EMGD branch in the SRC_URI and SRCREV for the crownbay
machine.

Update all the linux-yocto .bbappends with the latest kernel SRCREVs
and add explicit LINUX_VERSIONs for the 1.3 release, to prevent a
mismatch between the kernel version actually used in the machine
branch vs the version the recipe uses for the kernel image, which can
change with stable updates.

commit 2231d38 (meta-intel: make video acceleration choice dependent
on LICENSE_FLAGS) inadvertently also changed '?=' to a hard
assignment, making it hard to override as intended. This changes it
back.

Replaces all uses of PRINC with the form:
PRINC := "${@int(PRINC) + N}"
Where N is the previously assigned value plus one to ensure a
monotonically increasing PRINC value.

This is recommended in the EMGD User Guide.
My understanding is that, the emgd kernel driver need
to allocate memory dynamically, and the "vmalloc=256MB"
parameter ensures enough will be available for the driver.

them to use FILESEXTRAPATHS as recommended by the Poky Reference
Manual and BSP Developer's Guides.

The gst-ffmpeg recipe in oe-core had LICENSE_FLAGS added to make it
"commercial", so to avoid build errors the BSPs that use it (via the
gst-va-intel VA_FEATURE) should only include it if the user has added
"commercial" to LICENSE_FLAGS_WHITELIST when building.
This adds a conditional to detect that, along with a NOTE in the
README to explain the need for the flag.

Add emgd branch info in git src_uri
At build time, the emgd-1.14 branch is merged with the crownbay bsp
kernel source branch to get emgd kernel driver's support.
Reference it in the src_uri, and its commit-id to be used, so that
any changes in the emgd branch will not affect build unknowingly.

1.14 is the latest released driver for emgd. This change is tested on
crownbay machine.
Add runtime dependency to libxcb-dri2
Otherwise the libxcb-dri2.so is not getting installed, and video
acceleration of emgd does not work. It is dynamic dependency of
emgd_drv_video.so
put files in gstreamer-0.10/.debug directory to the debug package.
It avoids debug files packaging warnings.
add downloadfilename param to SRC_URI
As the url does not have the filename of the tarball, specify it here
so that updated wget bitbake fetcher can save the downloaded file
accordingly.
BTW now EDC has also published another download URL on our request:
http://edc.intel.com/App_Shared/Downloads/LIN_IEMGD_1_14_GOLD_2443.tgz
And update emgd driver version in the README.

Have crownbay use gst-va-intel and va-intel so we can easily test and
make use of the video acceleration capabilities of this machine.
Also have it use the gst-va-mixvideo so the emgd mixvideo components
get selected.

The 3.0 based boards are lazy compared to our new modern ones.
Without this patch, the linux-yocto-3.0 kernel do_patch() task would
fail with:
/srv/home/pokybuild/yocto-autobuilder/yocto-slave/cedartrail/build/build/tmp/sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/bin/updateme:
line 434: yocto/standard/cedartrail-standard.scc: No such file or
directory
Setting the KBRANCH explicitly avoids this issue. This brings the
following recipes inline with the fri2 and sys940x BSPs.
Fix proposed by Bruce Ashfield.
Testing: Built linux-yocto_3.0 for all machines involved, including the
nopvr, noemgd variants. All built linux-yocto_3.0 successfully.

These layers all contain machine configuration that depends on having
the meta-intel common layer enabled as well, so use LAYERDEPENDS in the
layer configuration for each one to make this explicit.

The new emgd-driver-bin_1.10 recipe no longer requires manually
extracting and installing emgd binaries, so remove the section that
deals with that.
It does require a new LICENSE_FLAGS_WHITELIST entry in local.conf, so
add instructions detailing that.

crownbay specifies a preferred version of 1.8 for emgd, but there's
really no reason to do that at this point - it should be able to use
the new 1.10 version.

The affected BSPs now need to access common metadata in locations off
of the top level of meta-intel, so need to add meta-intel itself to
their layer configuration. This updates the READMEs for those BSPs to
mention that.
