This version of OpenVINO tries to fetch node-api-headers and node-addon-api at compile time using CMake's FetchContent. Download these during do_fetch instead and set FETCHCONTENT_BASE_DIR to tell CMake where the content is. License-Update: Both new components are licensed MIT.
