Cmake upgrade to 4.0+ removes compatibility with versions older than 3.5 [1]. Set a baseline policy version for CMake using CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM variable for intel-corei7-64 machine overrides as well until until upstream source implements the fix.
