Nitin A Kamble 38ed305610 chiefriver: update 3.4 kernel SRCREVs 
Updating the kernel branch SRCREVs to use latest HEAD commits of
the respective kernel branches.

This updates this BSPs v3.4 kernel to version 3.4.46.
