Chai, Chong Yi 4e8b0ef1e5 linux-yocto_4.1: use KERNEL_FEATURES for PWM in Leaf Hill ... Leaf Hill PWM kernel configuration is overwritten by intel_pwm feature. Introduce Leaf Hill PWM feature to take those configuration into final config. These PWM kernel configuration are required by DC-IRIS kernel driver in Leaf Hill platform.
