Tom Zanussi 961f835e4f emgd-driver-bin: remove FILES_${PN}-dev addition 
The package reordering patches exposed a problem in that the files
specified in the FILES_${PN}-dev shouldn't really be put in the -dev
package in the first place - this removes them.
