Naveen Saini be37fe7e36 linux-yocto/4.19: add bbappends ... Add meta-intel-compat-kernel.inc, which sets the necessary fields. Like the previous releases, we will be floating on OE-core's SRCREVs, with linux-intel being the well-tested kernel.
