Nitin A Kamble cf39cdb270 fri2-noemgd: linux-yocto_3.10 recipe extension 
Provide the BSP specific extension for the linux-yocto_3.10
recipe from the oecore layer.

This configures the v3.10 kernel repository branches and commits
for this BSP.
