Darren Hart d29909877a n450: enable SMP and SCHED_SMT 
Fixes [YOCTO 1010]

The Atom N450 CPU is single core with hyperthreading. Update the kernel recipe
to build with CONFIG_SMP and CONFIG_SCHED_SMT.
