Anuj Mittal f5729aa00c lms: add pkgconfig-native to DEPENDS 
Since oe-core commit 8e26252b45b (layer.conf: Extend recipes not to
install without explict dependencies), some dependencies now need to be
explicit.

lms needs pkgconfig-native so add it to DEPENDS.
