python3-dnspython: set CVE_PRODUCT

Browse Source 
The related CVEs are tracked using dnspython:dnspython CPE, and the
default python:dnspython CPE doesn't match relevant entries.
Set CVE_PRODUCT accordingly.

See CVE db query:
