libcrypt-openssl-guess-perl: rename from libcrypt-openssl-guess; enable ptest

Browse Source 
We follow Debian naming and this module snuck in misnamed.

Add PROVIDES "libcrypt-openssl-guess" for backwards compatibility.

Add runtime and ptest dependencies.
