packagegroup-meta-oe: Honor VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_dbus

Browse Source 
The new VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_dbus in oe-core can now be used to select the
preferred runtime D-Bus implementation, such as dbus-broker, so refer
to the variable instead.
