wayland-fits: Add recipe

wayland-fits is a functional integration test suite
for Wayland and Weston.

MJ: removed elementary from default PACKAGECONFIG because meta-oe
    doesn't depend on meta-efl

It optionally supports EFL and GTK+ tests.
