python3-sentry-sdk: Upgrade 0.17.7 -> 0.17.8

Upgrade to release 0.17.8:

- Fix yet another bug with disjoint traces in Celery.
- Added support for Chalice 1.20. Thanks again to the folks at
  Cuenca MX!
