lirc: inherit python3native instead of pythonnative

* when native python 2.7 is used, do_configure fails with:
  checking whether sysroots/x86_64-linux/usr/bin/python-native/python version is >= 3.1... no
  configure: error: Python interpreter is too old
  WARNING: exit code 1 from a shell command.
