c61dc077bb Convert to new override syntax 
This is the result of automated script (0.9.1) conversion:

oe-core/scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py .

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

dd349aa2ce python3-pyparted: Upgrade 3.11.6 -> 3.11.7 
Upgrade to release 3.11.7:

- Set PY_SSIZE_T_CLEAN for the build
- add nvme support
- Update RELEASE file to make last step be "make pypi"
