A menu plugin doesn't need to recommend a specific menu editor.
This also means that the whiskermenu plugin can be built without
gobject-introspection being present, which means menulibre is unbuildable.

file 'COPYING' [1]:
garcon's source code is licensed under the LGPLv2,
