sdbus-c++: Support using alternative runtime D-Bus 
In order to facilitate using e.g. dbus-broker as runtime D-Bus
implementation, change the Freedesktop.org specific D-Bus runtime
dependency declaration to honor oe-core's new VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_dbus
variable.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
