jwt-cpp: fix cmake file install path 
jwt-cpp module cannot be found with default find_package options.
Per [1] package name is mandatory on unix build installations.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
