Christian Eggers 2c80b70bf9 ebtables: remove perl from RDEPENDS 
The upstream ebtables-legacy-save perl script is replaced by a bash
implementation (taken from Fedora). So there's nothing left which
RDEPENDs on perl.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
