* without gobject-introspection-data in DISTRO_FEATURES the bbclass
  correctly disables it:

* it just needs GIR_MESON_*_FLAG to be set to avoid:

* and enable vapi only when introspection is enabled, use PACKAGECONFIG for that to avoid:
