minicoredumper: upgrade 2.0.6 -> 2.0.7 
Changelog:

* Fix robust mutex list dumping if a robust mutex uses the
  PTHREAD_PRIO_INHERIT attribute.
* Avoid bogus error messages when dumping registered data for
  non-crashing processes.
