the COPYING file which is used for LIC_FILES_CHKSUM

    Now that we have a new COPYING file with points to the
    Linux license files, replace it with the old content.

    This patch does:
     1 file changed, 0 insertions(+), 0 deletions(-)
     rename COPYING.new => COPYING (100%)
