dante: Add _GNU_SOURCE for musl builds 
This helps build fixes e.g. cpuset_t definitions etc.
glibc builds have _GNU_SOURCE defined inherently.

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
