Leon Anavi 8786e8abf9 python3-luma-core: Upgrade 1.16.2 -> 1.17.1 
Upgrade to release 1.17.1:

- Add cmdline opt: "pcf8574" and "bitbang_6800" interfaces
- Added --inverse option for ST7735 to cmdline opt
- Allow SPI interface to define reset duration
- Change bitmap_font to be compatible with Pillow < 7.0
