pyro4 is not maintained anymore, and it doesn't work with Python 3.11 fully either - and sure enough, when I tried to set up ptests with Python 3.13, I got many failures. Drop the recipe. (There is an actively maintained successor, Pyro5 - new recipe should be somewhere next to this patch.)
