Recipe does not inherit pypi, nor is PN a reasonable guess for the wheel
name so set PIP_INSTALL_PACKAGE appropriately.
The wheel is built in ${S}/dist rather than ${B}/dist so set
PIP_INSTALL_DIST_PATH appropriately.
