python3-gmqtt: Upgrade 0.6.16 -> 0.7.0 
Upgrade to version 0.7.0:

- Resend QoS queue only on reconnect, not periodically
- Fixed server_keep_alive
- Try to use github actions
- Fix github actions badge
- Added the ability to pass your logger
- Properly handle already encoded topics

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
