fwknop: Specify target locations of gpg and wget 
This fixes emitting buildpaths into binary and also
fixes the issue where these tools wont exist on
the paths they were found on build machine

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer Please see the respective READMEs in the layer subdirectories
