Frederico Cadete cbf0846304 python-pyudev: correct LICENSE from GPLv2 to LGPLv2.1+ 
LGPLv2.1 is what is in the project's COPYING file.
LGPLv2.1+ is what is mentioned in the project's setup.py and in the
headers of the source files.
