In betamax fixtures and recorde_modes ptest are failing due to the deprecation of fixture usage and the httpbin.org service. Drop these ptests in meta-oe, until there is a suitable solution to fix this failure. Validation: Enable ptest and add python3-betamax into IMAGE_INSTALL $runqemu ... $cd /usr/[lib/lib64]/python3-betamax/ptest $./run-ptest ALL ptests PASS.
