Luca Fancellu da5aaaa1d7 linuxptp: update linuxptp recipe to 4.1 
Update linuxptp recipe to the new version, from 3.1.1 to 4.1.

Remove one downstream patch that is already applied and
update the remaining to remove merge issues.
