Qt sources were changed to use SPDX license identifiers, update LICENSE strings to match the used identifiers. At this time, qtbase and qttools were converted, rest of the modules will follow. Change-Id: Ic0a43438f2bdcc82941aed34a3e034bb3c6db67a Reviewed-by: Jani Heikkinen <jani.heikkinen@qt.io>
