Yi Zhao 47858343ed linux-yocto: drop CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_CHECKREQPROT_VALUE 
CONFIG_SECURITY_SELINUX_CHECKREQPROT_VALUE is deprecated and will be
rejected in a future kernel release[1].
