The code "OUTPUT_POLICY=`${STAGING_BINDIR_NATIVE}/checkpolicy -V | cut -d' ' -f1`"
assigns OUTPUT_POLICY with 35 and policy.35 is getting generated.
So, correcting the policy version in semanage.conf file too.
