python3: fix installed-vs-shipped when 64bit + multilib

  /usr/lib/python3.5/config-3.5m/config.c
  /usr/lib/python3.5/config-3.5m/Makefile

Please set FILES such that these items are packaged. Alternatively if they are unneeded, avoid installing them or delete them within do_install.
