documentation: Final bits for the 1.8.2 manual set

Browse Source 
Changes include:

 * Updating all the Manual revision history tables for 1.8.2
 * Updating the poky.ent file with new variable values for 1.8.2
 * Updating the mega-manual.sed file so good links are generated
   for the mega-manual
