kernel-devsrc: depends on virtual/kernel:do_install

The linux-yocto.inc may remove the meta dir:
do_install_append(){
	if [ -n "${KMETA}" ]; then
		rm -rf ${STAGING_KERNEL_DIR}/${KMETA}
	fi
}

Which may cause the error:
