Hongxu Jia 770d9ffb58 mkelfimage: fix target cflags leaks to host 
The patch fix-makefile-to-find-libz.patch fixed native
compile failure; for target compile, it incorrectly
leaks CFLAGS to HOST_CFLAGS.
