Christopher Larson e75639f85a bitbake: tests/fetch: fix GitShallowTest.test_bitbake ... `git fetch --tags` seems to interact badly with `mirror=fetch`, resulting in the regular branches not being fetched, so drop the unnecessary `--tags`.
