* Dump zero-blocks as 4KB blocks instead of single bytes to speed up
piping to the compressor. (Only relevant if tar is not used.)
* Drop core data exceeding the ustar 8GB limit. The core file is
appropriately truncated and the actions are logged. This fixes tar
file corruption for core files >8GB.
* Known problems:
- If tar is active, core files larger than 8GB will be
truncated. If it is known that the core files will be >8GB and
the full core file is needed, tar must be disabled.

* Drop 0002-mem_section-Support-only-46-bit-for-MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS.patch
This patch has been introduced in January 2017 for makedumpfile 1.6.1.
It has never reached upstream, hence the pending status is
inappropriate. Since that time, the upstream code to retrieve
MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS has been updated to use vmcoreinfo, with a backward
compatibility for older kernels.
* Remove the deprecated comment about arm/aarch64 would compile but has never
been tested upstream, introduced in July 2016. Nowadays, it works just fine
on those architectures.
* Add PACKAGECONFIG option for zstd compression
Since 1.7.0 release, Zstandard (zstd) compression support has been added.
With zstd, the vmcore size and time consumption can have a better balance
than zlib/lzo/snappy.

This dependency introduces a cycle with pahole:
```
kernel --> pahole --> libbpf
^ /
\ /
`------------------<
```
pahole is a build time dependency of the kernel which is required to
generate BTF symbols. The dependency on the kernel configuration is nice
to have but makes using pahole during kernel compile time impossible.
Furthermore this dependency doesn't make sense when building libbpf
purely to ship it via a SDK.

makedumpfile can be compiled with lzo and/or snappy dump file compression

compressed files. When reload time is important it might be beneficial to use

copy bits.h from kernel to tubostat to aviod compile error.

bpftool is a 'special' recipe since it does "inherit kernelsrc", like
perf in oe-core or cpupower in meta-oe.
they don't have their own sources, but reuse the kernel source tree,
from virtual/kernel recipe. As such, checking the license file does
not seem relevant, since the fetching (and license check) is deferred
to the virtual/kernel recipe.
Remove LIC_FILES_CHKSUM like it is done in perf and cpupower.

cpupower is a 'special' recipe since it does "inherit kernelsrc" ,
which essentially means that it doesn't have its own sources, but
reuse the kernel source tree, from virtual/kernel recipe. As such,
checking the license file in cpupower recipe does not seem relevant,
since it does not fetch anything (kernelsrc has "deltask do_fetch")
and the fetching is deferred to the virtual/kernel recipe.
so we are basically checking the COPYING file twice. If there was any
license issue, it would have been caught by virtual/kernel recipe
already.
Hence we remove LIC_FILES_CHKSUM like it is done for perf recipe in
OE-core in meta/recipes-kernel/perf/perf.bb.
It has the nice side effect that BSP layers can use different kernel
versions without worrying about any LICENSE checksum changes in
between kernel versions.
