Upgrade from 2.2.7 for:

- Bugfixes, including CVE-2020-13254, CVE-2020-13596, many
others;
- Official support for Python 3.8 (as of Django 2.2.8)

Collection of layers for the OE-core universe

This repository is a collection of layers to suppliment OE-Core
with additional packages, Each layer have designated maintainer
